Inspired from the social services of Late Thondiyath Kunhirama Guptan (Retd. Sub. Major, Indian Army), Thondiyath Charitable Society was formed by the Thondiyath family members in 2011.
Thondiyath Charitable Society is a registered non-profit organisation with its registered office at Alangad, in Palakkad district of Kerala. This is a family run society with its focus on charity services aimed at improving the living conditions of the people in Alangad and nearby places. The society provides financial aid for education, health care and other humanitarian causes to deserving people. Society is also engaged in conducting motivational programs, health camps, academic programs etc.
All the members of Thondiyath family contribute to the society in terms of financial and other help. The society accept financial support only from the family members. No outside funding is accepted.
